Long lines formed at one in particular where a husband and wife team whopped together small pancake and filled it with your favorite combination. Chocolate, bananas, coconut, honey, mangos, sugar and other sauces. Pick your poison. We began our Koh Chang tradition to stop, no matter how much we'd eaten, and finish off the day with a tasty and extremely cheap dessert. Yummy... I miss them already...
